Delivery Policy
Last Updated: 1 September 2026
Weyland — Built for Men aims to make receiving your order as simple and convenient as possible.
This Delivery Policy explains how delivery and collection arrangements work for Weyland purchases.
1. Delivery Options
Depending on the product and location, Weyland may offer:
Delivery to the customer's nominated address
Collection from Weyland
Other collection or delivery arrangements agreed with the customer
Available delivery options will be communicated to the customer when the order is placed.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may apply depending on the customer's location, order size, delivery method and the service used.
Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalised.
Where free delivery is offered as part of a promotion, the applicable promotional terms will apply.
3. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
Weyland cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.
If a delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, the customer should contact Weyland as soon as possible.
A change of address may not always be possible once an order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes will depend on:
The product purchased
Product availability
The customer's location
The delivery method selected
The availability of the courier or delivery service
Circumstances outside Weyland's reasonable control
Any delivery timeframe provided by Weyland should therefore be regarded as an estimate unless a specific delivery date has been expressly confirmed.
5. Delays
Weyland will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are dispatched or made available for collection within the agreed timeframe.
However, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, transport disruptions, technical problems, supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate this to the customer.
6. Courier Deliveries
Where a third-party courier or delivery service is used, the courier may contact the customer using the contact details supplied with the order.
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's operating procedures and conditions.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to receive the order, the address is incorrect, the customer cannot be contacted, or another issue prevents delivery, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
The customer will be contacted where reasonably possible to arrange the next step.
8. Inspecting Your Order
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.
If a product appears to be damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact Weyland as soon as possible.
Photographs of the product and packaging may be requested to assist with investigating a delivery or product issue.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Weyland Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
9. Collection
Where collection is available, customers will be informed when their order is ready for collection.
Customers should bring appropriate proof of purchase or identification where reasonably required.
Products subject to lay-buy will generally only be released once the agreed purchase price has been paid in full.
10. Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered products may have different delivery or collection timeframes from products currently in stock.
The expected timeframe for a pre-order will be communicated to the customer when the pre-order is placed.
Customers should refer to the Weyland Pre-Order Policy for additional terms relating to pre-orders.
11. Lay-Buy Orders
Products purchased through lay-buy will generally only be released for collection or delivery once the full agreed purchase price has been paid.
The specific terms of the lay-buy are governed by the Weyland Lay-Buy Policy.
12. External Online Stores
Some Weyland products may be purchased through an external online shopping platform.
Where an order is placed through an external platform, delivery arrangements, delivery charges and tracking may be governed by the terms and procedures of that platform.
Customers should refer to the delivery information provided during the online checkout process.
13. International Delivery
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Weyland's delivery services are intended for customers within South Africa.
International delivery is not guaranteed to be available.
Where international delivery is offered, the customer will be informed of the applicable delivery arrangements, charges and any other requirements before the order is finalised.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Delivery Policy is intended to remove, restrict or replace any rights that a customer has under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Where applicable, customers retain their rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
15. Changes to This Policy
Weyland may update this Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our delivery services, suppliers, business practices or applicable legislation.
The latest version will be published on this page.
